Prescott Center for the Arts is from the community for the community. We have over 2,000 volunteering opportunities annually. Also, we offer classes and workshops for the community to learn more about the arts. Our reputation as the preeminent arts organization in Northern Arizona is supported by our resources, affiliations, and collaborations.

Call for actors of all ages, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Your local theater wants YOU!   Make your mark on the stage!

Prescott Center for the Arts is a community theater in the truest sense of the word in that we all have one thing in common: a deep love of the theater! From veteran actors with decades of experience to new-comers of all ages, our community supports and encourages everyone to audition for our year-round productions.

Come to the Darkside . . . of Theater!

Ever wanted to experience the dark underbelly of theater, go behind-the-scenes, and discover who really runs the show? Well, you can get your start at Prescott Center for the Arts!

We need volunteers for everything from designing/running lights and sound for performances, helping run the show from backstage, designing, creating, and maintaining costumes, designing/painting sets, building set pieces, and much more.

If you have any skills in carpentry, sewing, painting, or technical design such as sound and lights, please reach out to us soon!

There are many ways to get involved in the visual arts here at Suze's Prescott Center for the Arts!

  • Teach a class or workshop: Share your visual arts talents and passions with others, especially with our youth!
  • Be a helper in a class or workshop: Lend a guiding hand, especially in our youth classes
  • Be a gallery sitter in our Artists Lounge or Studio Gallery spaces during regular business hours
  • Be a 4th Friday Gallery Volunteer once a month in either of our gallery spaces
  • Be considered for a Gallery show in one of our studio spaces
